NSDUH 2021 Screening Specifications

Description:

This is the screening questionnaire used to determine respondent eligibility for the full 2021 National Survey on Drug Use and Health (NSDUH) interview. There are two versions available – one for in-person screenings and another for web screenings. The documents allow NSDUH data users to see both the exact questions and context for those questions, along with the skip patterns that determined whether a person was asked a question or not. The screener is in both English and Spanish.
