URS Data Reporting Instructions and Tools

Annually, SAMHSA releases the URS Table Instructions and URS Data Definitions. These documents provide information on how URS data is collected and reported from the states, as well as defines key terms. These resources are intended to assist State Mental Health Agency staff and others involved in data reporting meet the Community Mental Health Services Block Grant (MHBG) report requirements.
