N-SUMHSS National Directories

The National Directory of Mental Health Treatment Facilities - 2021 is a listing of federal, state, and local government facilities and private facilities that provide mental health treatment services. It includes treatment facilities that responded to the 2020 National Mental Health Services Survey (N-MHSS). The information about each facility that appears in this Directory was provided by that facility in response to the 2020 N-MHSS. The N-MHSS is conducted annually by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
