More than 7 Million Children Live with a Parent with Alcohol Problems (2005 to 2010 NSDUH)

This report uses 2005 to 2010 National Survey on Drug Use and Health (NSDUH) to estimate the number of children under the age of 18 who are living with a parent that had a past year alcohol use disorder. Results are shown by whether it is a two-parent or single-parent household.
